These are the essential vitamins and supplements that should be taken when expecting. These must be consumed in addition to the regular healthy diet.
1 - Calcium (1200 mg per day)
Milk is a very good source of Calcium. But doctors still recommend taking Calcium Supplements.

There is a brand called “Slow FE”. This prevents constipation that is a result of taking the usual Iron supplements.
4 - Prenatal Multi Vitamin

Omega 3 is contained in Salmon fish, Walnuts, Flaxseed etc. There are Omega 3 tablets available that contain Flax seed oil. This is a vegetarian supplement for Omega 3.

1 - Pulicat Lake
This is a very large water body at the border of Tamil Nadu and Andhra. Its off NH-5 (highway from Chennai-Nellore-Kolkota). We visited there once and it was a beautiful experience. The highway is very well laid and you can travel in speeds of 90-100Km/hr easily. There are very good scenic views on the journey (like good greenery, paddy fields etc). We reached a fishing village which lived on the banks of this huge lake. People there were simple and friendly. We paid about Rs.100 to a fisher man and he took us around the lake (ofcourse we did not cover the whole lake, its huge).
People in chennai - this is a good place to visit - definitely a change from the usual Spencers, Besant Nagar etc.
For more information see the Wiki link:

2 - Muttukadu
This is a scenic stretch of backwaters on the road from Chennai to Pondicherry (on the East Coast Road) about 90Kms from Chennai. The drive is very pleasant as they ECR (East Coast Road) is very smooth.
There are boating rides available - speed boats and usual motor boats. We tried the speed boat and it was excellent. Its a little costly (I guess around Rs.250). Its a short ride, but they do all kinds of tricks with the boat and you will enjoy the ride. They asked us if we wanted to go to the sea for an additional Rs.100, we didnt opt for that. Its a decent place to relax around Chennai.

There used to be a time when working on Linux was considered to be something only core programmers do. But now with the technological advancement, Linux is reaching more and more people.
One of the main challenges with Linux installations was that the installation was not user friendly and so if you didnt know what you were doing, you could end up messing up your computer and the existing operating system on it.
Thanks to the LiveCD linux distributions, now we dont have to fear playing around and trying Linux. These are linux versions that are available on CD/DVD’s and the operating system is executed upon computer boot. So the complete OS starts running even without any installation. This enables us to try and feel the OS without messing up our computer.
Some best Linux Distro’s (short form of distributions) I have tried:
1 - SLAX
Official website: www.slax.org
Pros:
- Very good community and forum where you can get help
- Small size (around 200MB)
- Can put in an USB or a Mini CD
- Detects most of the drivers
- Lot of add on modules are available on the website
Cons:
- Wireless network detection is not easy
2 - Puppy
Official website: www.puppylinux.org
Pros:
- A very friendly community
- Very small (mostly less than 100 MB) with excellent software collection
- Detects most of the drivers in your PC.
3 - DSL (Damn Small Linux)
Official website: www.damnsmalllinux.org
Pros:
- One of the smallest distribution (around 50 MB)
- Has all basic required software
Cons:
- Extra softwares like Firefox, Open office are all missing - but the
small size cannot be maintained with all the softwares.
- Wireless network detection is not easy
4 - Ubuntu
Official website: www.ubuntu.com
Pros:
- One of the best linux communities around
- Very stable with predictable releases
- Detects almost all the drivers
- Wireless networking works out of the box
- All the best softwares are present
- Good repository system allows easy software installation/upgrade
- Tipsforeveryone.com runs on Ubuntu Server edition
There are many other distros. You can get a good list from www.distrowatch.com. Try out and experiment - its a good experience.

Couple of reasons why God likes mountain .
Like the Lord called Abraham to the mountain . He called Moses to the mountain. The Lord Himself was transfigured on the Mount . He often went to the Mount of Olives to be alone with the Father.
1. Its higher than all other places
2. It cannot be moved.
3. We are alone there .
4. Its hardwork to climb a mountain.
5. You can see everything else if you are on the mountain.

John 11
1 A man named Lazarus was sick. He lived in Bethany with his sisters, Mary and Martha. 2 This is the Mary who later poured the expensive perfume on the Lord?s feet and wiped them with her hair.[a] Her brother, Lazarus, was sick. 3 So the two sisters sent a message to Jesus telling him, ?Lord, your dear friend is very sick.?
4 But when Jesus heard about it he said, ?Lazarus?s sickness will not end in death. No, it happened for the glory of God so that the Son of God will receive glory from this.? 5 So although Jesus loved Martha, Mary, and Lazarus, 6 he stayed where he was for the next two days. 7 Finally, he said to his disciples, ?Let?s go back to Judea.?
Conclusion:
The above scriptures indicate that sometimes God takes His own time even though He loves us and understands the situation very much. This is for His glory. But be assured of onething, when its God’s timing, it is the best.

Hosea 12:4
He (Jacob) struggled with the Angel and prevailed; he wept, and sought favor from Him.
Hebrews 5:7
He (Jesus) offered up prayers and supplications, with vehement cries and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His godly fear.
Thought
This is the attitude of prayer. Prevailing prayer without giving up. With cries and tears.
Prayer
Help me Lord to be a man/woman of prayer like You. Thank you for answering me in Jesus name.

Proverbs 16:32
He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit than he who takes the city.
Thought
He who acts based on what he is and not on what he feels like is better than the mighty.
Prayer
Father I pray that you would enable me to always act based on who I am and not on what I feel. Whatever happens, I am your child and a christian. Help me to consistently act the way I am and not based on the way I feel. Help me to consistently love. Thank you for answering me in Jesus name.
